Riding like Steffen Peters?
hi ya’ll I ride dressage, and my idol is Steffen Peters! I am wondering if it is possible to ride like him if I practice everyday and take lessons and also watching videos of him riding. Let me know your honest opinions. P.S. I have a KWPN gelding he is really good, many people have told me his is really pretty like steffen peters horses.
Why not ride with him? He travels all over the country to give clinics, works from his CA barn, and takes working students. Work to become a working student (a popular trainer from Kansas has gone to Steffen’s barn to work with him)
If you want to ride like him, don’t get the training third hand via video and books. You have to get it from the source.
I have had 2 clinics with him, and will do so again given the opportunity. He is tough, serious, but very giving as an instructor. He expects the best and gets it!
